Richard Hamilton, 4th Viscount Boyne1 
In 1746 he succeeded to the Stackallan estates, from the 2nd Viscount Boyne.2 He held the office of Member of Parliament (M.P.) for Navan [Ireland] between 1755 and 1760.2 He held the office of Sheriff of County Meath in 1766.2 He succeeded as the 4th Viscount Boyne, in the province of Leinster [I., 1717] on 2 January 1772.2 He succeeded as the 4th Baron Hamilton of Stackallan [I., 1715] on 2 January 1772.2
