He was a member of the House of Habsburg.3 Ladislas V, King of Bohemia and Hungary also went by the nick-name of Ladislas ‘the Posthumous’.4 He succeeded as the Erzherzog von Österreich in 1440.1 He gained the title of König von Ungarn in 1445.1 He succeeded as the King Ladislas of Bohemia in 1445.1
