Johanna Charlotte Prinzessin von Anhalt-Dessau was born on 6 April 1682 at Dessau, Sachsen-Anhalt, GermanyG.1,3 She was the daughter of Johann Georg II Prinz von Anhalt-Dessau and Henriëtte Catherina von Nassau-Dillenburg, Princess of Nassau-Orange.1 She married Philip Wilhelm Markgraf von Brandenburg-Schwedt, son of Friedrich Wilhelm Kurfürst von Brandenburg and Dorothea Sophie zu Schleswig-Holstein-Sonderburg-Glücksburg, in 1699.1 She died on 31 March 1750 at age 67 at Herford, GermanyG.1,3
