Hugh Simpson.¹ She married, firstly, Brigadier John Henry Edward Fock, 6th Baron de Robeck, son of Colonel Henry Edward William Fock, 5th Baron de Robeck and Anna Cranston Alexander, on 17 August 1940 at St. James’ Church, Piccadilly, London, England^G.^1,3 She married, secondly, Jocelyn Campbell Patrick Proby, son of Colonel Douglas James Proby and Lady Margaret Frances Hely Hutchinson, on 3 January 1969.¹ She died on 3 September 2012 at Stobars Hall, Kirkby Stephen, Westmorland, England^G.²
     She lived at Ballyraine House, Arklow, County Wicklow, Ireland^G.⁴ From 17 August 1940, her married name became Fock. From 3 January 1969, her married name became Proby.⁴

Hugh Simpson, on 17 August 1940 at St. James’ Church, Piccadilly, London, England^G.^3,4 He died on 10 April 1965 at age 70.³
     He was educated at Clifton College, Clifton, Bristol, England^G.¹ He was educated at Royal Military Academy, Woolwich, Kent, England^G.¹ He fought in the First World War, where he was mentioned in despatches three times.¹ He succeeded as the 6th Baron de Robeck [Sweden, 1750] on 27 April 1929.³ He fought in the Second World War.¹ He was appointed Commander, Order of the British Empire (C.B.E.) in 1945.¹ He retired from the military in 1947, with the rank of Brigadier, late of the Royal Artillery.¹ He lived at Gowran Grange, Naas, County Kildare, Ireland^G.¹
