     Friedrich Wilhelm Fürst von Hohenzollern-Sigmaringen was born on 3 February 1924 at Schloss Umkirch, Germany^G.² He was the son of Friedrich Viktor Prinz von Hohenzollern-Sigmaringen and Margarethe Karola Prinzessin von Sachsen.³ He married Margarita Ileana Viktoria Prinzessin zu Leiningen, daughter of Friedrich Karl Eduard Erwin VI Fürst zu Leiningen and Mariya Kirillovna Romanov, Grand Duchess of Russia, on 5 January 1951 at Sigmaringen, Baden-Württemburg, Germany. They were also married in a religious ceremony on 3 February 1951 at Amorbach, Bayern, Germany^G.² He died on 16 September 2010 at age 86 at Umkirch^G.⁴
     He gained the title of Fürst von Hohenzollern-Sigmaringen.¹ He was given the name of Friedrich Wilhelm Ferdinand Joseph Maria Manuel Georg Meinrad Fidelis Benedikt Michael Hubert at birth.³

     He was given the name of Friedrich Viktor Pius Alexander Leopold Karl Theodor Ferdinand von Hohenzollern-Sigmaringen at birth.³

     Margarethe Karola Prinzessin von Sachsen was born on 24 January 1900 at Dresden, Sachsen, Germany^G.¹ She was the daughter of Friedrich August III König von Sachsen and Luise Antoinette Maria Erzherzogin von Österreich.¹ She married Friedrich Viktor Prinz von Hohenzollern-Sigmaringen, son of Wilhelm Fürst von Hohenzollern-Sigmaringen and Maria Teresa di Borbone, Principessa delle Due Sicilie, on 2 June 1920 at Schloss Sibyllenort, Silesia, Germany.¹ She died on 16 October 1962 at age 62 at Freiburg-im-Breisgau, Germany^G.¹
     She gained the title of Prinzessin von Sachsen.¹ She gained the title of Prinzessin von Sachsen-Meiningen. She was given the name of Margarete Karola Wilhelmine Viktoria Adelheid Albertina Petrusa Bertram Paula von Sachsen at birth.²
