Taylor, on 9 December 1933.¹ She and Mervyn Hesseltine Taylor were divorced in 1948.¹ She married, secondly, Thomas Elder-Jones, son of David Jones, on 29 July 1948.¹ She died on 16 March 1978 at age 69.¹
     From 9 December 1933, her married name became Taylor. From 29 July 1948, her married name became Elder-Jones.

     Mervyn Hesseltine Taylor is the son of L. H. Taylor.¹ He married Hon. Diana Katharine Russell, daughter of Jack Southwell Russell, 25th Lord de Clifford and Evelyn Victoria Anne Chandler, on 9 December 1933.¹ He and Hon. Diana Katharine Russell were divorced in 1948.¹

     Thomas Elder-Jones is the son of David Jones.¹ He married Hon. Diana Katharine Russell, daughter of Jack Southwell Russell, 25th Lord de Clifford and Evelyn Victoria Anne Chandler, on 29 July 1948.¹
     He graduated with a Master of Arts (M.A.)¹ He lived at Somerford Keynes House, Cirencester, Gloucestershire, England^G.¹ He gained the rank of Major in the Royal Gloucestershire Regiment.¹ He held the office of Judge.¹ He adopted Virginia Carol Elder-Jones.¹

     Christopher John Taylor was born on 11 November 1934.¹ He is the son of Mervyn Hesseltine Taylor and Hon. Diana Katharine Russell.¹ He married, firstly, Sarah Mary Mews, daughter of Ewan Mews, in 1959.¹ He and Sarah Mary Mews were divorced in 1971.¹ He married, secondly, Jane Seymour Brown, daughter of George Macdonald Brown, in 1972.¹

     Sarah Mary Mews is the daughter of Ewan Mews.¹ She married Christopher John Taylor, son of Mervyn Hesseltine Taylor and Hon. Diana Katharine Russell, in 1959.¹ She and Christopher John Taylor were divorced in 1971.¹
     Her married name became Taylor.

     Virginia Carol Elder-Jones was born on 14 October 1945.¹ She was the daughter of Mervyn Hesseltine Taylor and Hon. Diana Katharine Russell.¹ She died on 3 January 1995 at age 49.¹
     She was given the name of Virginia Carol Taylor at birth.¹ In 1956 her name was legally changed to Virginia Carol Elder-Jones.¹ She was adopted by Thomas Elder-Jones.¹

     Dorothy Evelyn Meyrick was the daughter of Ferdinand Richard Holmes Meyrick and Katherine Evelyn Nason.^1,2 She married Lt.-Col. Edward Southwell Russell, 26th Lord de Clifford, son of Jack Southwell Russell, 25th Lord de Clifford and Evelyn Victoria Anne Chandler, on 11 March 1926 at Marylebone Church, Marylebone, London, England^G.¹ She and Lt.-Col. Edward Southwell Russell, 26th Lord de Clifford were divorced in 1973.¹ She died in 1987.¹
     Her married name became Russell.

     John Edward Southwell Russell, 27th Lord de Clifford was born on 8 June 1928.¹ He was the son of Lt.-Col. Edward Southwell Russell, 26th Lord de Clifford and Dorothy Evelyn Meyrick.¹ He married Bridget Jennifer Robertson, daughter of Duncan Robertson and Joyce Williams-Wynn, on 27 June 1959.¹ He died on 2 November 2018 at age 90 at Riggledown, Pennymoor, Tiverton, Devon, England^G.²
     He was educated at Eton College, Windsor, Berkshire, England^G.¹ He was educated at Royal Agricultural College, Cirencester, Gloucestershire, England^G.¹ He succeeded as the 27th Lord de Clifford [E., 1299] on 3 January 1982.¹ He lived in 2003 at Riggledown, Pennymoor, Tiverton, Devon, England^G.³
