William Brownlow1

     William Brownlow was the son of Lt.-Col. Charles Brownlow and Caroline Ashe.1 He died in 1813 at Spain, killed in action.1

     Major Frederick Brownlow was born on 29 May 1800.1 He was the son of Lt.-Col. Charles Brownlow and Caroline Ashe.1 He married Margaret Jane Amiraux, daughter of Matthew Amiraux, on 12 March 1823.1 He married, secondly, Mary (?) on 31 October 1851.1 He died on 1 January 1855 at age 54.1
     He gained the rank of Major in the 72nd Highlanders.1

Margaret Jane Amiraux1

     Margaret Jane Amiraux was the daughter of Matthew Amiraux.1 She married Major Frederick Brownlow, son of Lt.-Col. Charles Brownlow and Caroline Ashe, on 12 March 1823.1 She died on 16 July 1847.1
     From 12 March 1823, her married name became Brownlow.1
