     Lady Katharine Mary Coke was born on 7 March 1920.1 She was the daughter of Thomas William Coke, 4th Earl of Leicester of Holkham and Marion Gertrude Trefusis.1 She married Major Thomas Cockayne Harvey, son of Colonel John Harvey and Patience Mary Leslie, on 2 July 1940.1 She died on 6 October 1993 at age 73.2
     Lady Katharine Mary Coke usually went by her middle name of Mary.1 Her married name became Harvey. She held the office of Woman of the Bedchamber to HM Queen Elizabeth the Queen Mother between May 1961 and June 1963.1

     Captain Simon Harvey Combe was born on 4 May 1903.2 He was the son of Major Boyce Combe and Mabel Katherine Tombs.3,2 He married Lady Silvia Beatrice Coke, daughter of Thomas William Coke, 4th Earl of Leicester of Holkham and Marion Gertrude Trefusis, on 15 October 1932.3 He died on 1 April 1965 at age 61.3
     He was awarded the Military Cross (M.C.)1
