Herbert William Shoubridge and Florence Mary Charlton, on 9 June 1896 at Tiverton, Devon, England.^1,3 He died on 12 June 1950 at age 84.³
     He was educated at Portora Royal School, Enniskillen, County Fermanagh, Ireland^G.¹ He was a medical practitioner.¹ He was registered as a Licentiate, Royal College of Surgeons of Ireland (L.R.C.S.I.) in 1889.¹ He lived at Falmouth, Cornwall, England.¹

     Lt.-Col. Herbert William Shoubridge was born on 19 October 1843.² He married Florence Mary Charlton on 24 November 1866.² He died on 8 September 1885 at age 41 at Poona, India.²
     He gained the rank of Lieutenant-Colonel in the Bengal Staff Corps.¹

     Florence Maud Audrey Shoubridge was born on 28 January 1868.² She was the daughter of Lt.-Col.      Lt.-Cdr. Wilfred John Haughton was born on 3 February 1907.¹ He was the son of John Welby Haughton and Florence Maud Audrey Shoubridge.² He married, firstly, Estelle Josephine Seton on 7 July 1934 at Willesden Green, London, England.^1,3 He married, secondly, Hilda Mary Calder on 22 April 1973.¹ He died on 26 January 1982 at age 74 at Taunton, Somerset, England.³
     He was educated at Blundell’s School, Tiverton, Devon, England^G.¹ He was educated at H.M.S. Conway, England^G.¹ He gained the rank of Lieutenant-Comander in the Royal Navy Volunteer Reserve.¹ He was awarded the Distinguished Service Cross (D.S.C.) and bar.¹ He lived in 1976 at Puck’s Knoll, Lamberts Castle, Bridport, Dorset, England.¹

     Estelle Josephine Seton was born on 20 May 1909.² She married Lt.-Cdr. Wilfred John Haughton, son of John Welby Haughton and Florence Maud Audrey Shoubridge, on 7 July 1934 at Willesden Green, London, England.^1,2 She died on 10 June 1971 at age 62 at Barnes, London, England.²
     From 7 July 1934, her married name became Haughton.

     Major Christopher John Welby Haughton was born on 2 November 1935.¹ He is the son of Lt.-Cdr. Wilfred John Haughton and Estelle Josephine Seton.² He married Jane Ashley Pickering on 24 September 1960.^1,3
