Glamorgan [U.K.] on 10 May 1919.1 He held the office of Justice of the Peace (J.P.) for Glamorgan.1 He held the office of Deputy Lieutenant (D.L.) of Glamorgan.1 He built and equipped the Welsh University Medical School at King Edward VII’s Hospital, Cardiff.1 He held the office of High Sheriff of Glamorgan in 1936.1
