     Humphrey Mildmay was the son of Sir Walter Mildmay and Mary Walsingham.² He married Mary Capell, daughter of Sir Henry Capell and Lady Catherine Manners, on 10 July 1586.¹ He died on 9 August 1613.¹
     He lived at Hazelgrove, Queen Camel, Somerset, England.¹ He lived at Danbury Place, Essex, England.¹ He held the office of Member of Parliament (M.P.) for Peterborough.¹ He held the office of High Sheriff of Essex in 1594.¹

     Arthur Fenwick Stephenson Wade was baptised on 14 May 1837 at Helsignor, Frederiksborg, Denmark.¹ He was the son of Reverend Nugent Wade and Louisa Fenwick.¹ He died on 5 October 1916 at age 79 at Italy.²

     Mary Louisa Wade was born in 1841 at London, England.¹ She was the daughter of Reverend Nugent Wade and Louisa Fenwick.¹

     Sir Humphrey Mildmay is the son of Humphrey Mildmay and Mary Capell.² He married June Croftes, daughter of Sir John Croftes, in July 1616.¹

     June Croftes is the daughter of Sir John Croftes.² She married Sir Humphrey Mildmay, son of Humphrey Mildmay and Mary Capell, in July 1616.¹
     From July 1616, her married name became Mildmay.

     Anthony Mildmay is the son of Humphrey Mildmay and Mary Capell.²
     He had issue, now extinct.¹ He attended King Charles I during his imprisonment by Parliament.¹
