     Edmund Alexander Macnaghten of Macnaghten was born on 2 August 1762.¹ He was the son of Edmund Macnaghten and Hannah Johnstone.² He died in March 1832 at age 69, unmarried.¹
     He held the office of Member of Parliament (M.P.) for County Antrim [Ireland] between 1788 and 1800.¹ He held the office of Member of Parliament (M.P.) for County Antrim between 1800 and 1812.¹ He was a practising barrister.¹ He held the office of Member of Parliament (M.P.) for Oxford between 1812 and 1826.¹ In 1818 He was recognised as Chief of the Macnaghtens by warrant of Lord Lyon.¹ He held the office of a Lord of Treasury in 1819.¹ He held the office of Member of Parliament (M.P.) for County Antrim between 1826 and 1830.¹ He lived at Beardiville, County Antrim, Ireland.¹

     Walter Frederick Wardroper was born in 1847 at Southsea, Hampshire, England^G.¹ He married Emily Catherine Bulteel, daughter of Andrew Hume Bulteel and Catherine Chartres, in 1889 at Kendal, Westmorland, England^G.¹ He died in 1913 at Poole, Dorset, England^G.¹

     Mary Cummin is the daughter of Duncan Cummin.¹ She married, firstly, John Ormsby before 1730.¹ She married, secondly, Hon. Thomas Butler, son of Brinsley Butler, 1st Viscount Lanesborough and Catharine Pooley, on 11 June 1730.¹
     From before 1730, her married name became Ormsby.¹ From 11 June 1730, her married name became Butler.¹

     Charles Henry Bulteel was born on 28 June 1828 at Yealmpton, Devon, England^G.¹ He was the son of John Crocker Bulteel and Lady Elizabeth Grey.¹

     Thomas Hillersdon Bulteel was born in 1766.¹ He was the son of Sir John Bulteel and Hon. Diana Bellenden.¹ He married Anne Harris.¹ He died in 1815.¹

     Frances Elizabeth Bulteel was born in 1844 at Yealmpton, Devon, England^G.¹ She was the daughter of Thomas Hillersden Bulteel and Caroline Louisa Harris.¹ She married, firstly, George Eyre Townsend in 1865 at Plymouth, Devon, England.¹ She married, secondly, Lt.-Col. William Henry Surman, son of William Harry Surman and Ellen Donne, in 1883 at Christchurch, Hampshire, England.¹
     From 1865, her married name became Townsend.¹ From 1883, her married name became Surman.¹

     Louisa J. Bulteel was born in 1847 at Plymouth, Devon, England^G.¹ She was the daughter of Thomas Hillersden Bulteel and Caroline Louisa Harris.¹ She married Giles Andrew Daubeney, son of Edmund Joseph Daubeney.
     Her married name became Daubeney.

     Francis Macnaghten was born on 21 February 1789.¹ He was the son of Sir Francis Workman-Macnaghten, 1st Bt. and Letitia Dunkin.² He married Ellen Charlotte Conolly, daughter of Valentine Conolly and Matilda Dunkin, on 6 January 1831.¹ He died on 6 November 1869 at age 80.¹
     He was in the Bengal Civil Service.¹

     Valentine Conolly married Matilda Dunkin, daughter of Sir William Dunkin and Eliza Blacker, on 19 March 1802 at Arlingham, Gloucestershire, England.²
