     Sir Charles Alexander James Leith-Buchanan, 7th Bt. was born on 1 September 1939.1 He was the son of John Wellesley Macdonald Leith-Buchanan and Jane Elizabeth Macdonald McNicol.2 He married Marianne Kelly, daughter of Colonel Earle Wellington Kelly, in 1962.1 He and Marianne Kelly were divorced in 1987.1 He died in 1998.3
     In 1973 succeeded kinsman.1 He succeeded as the 7th Baronet Leith, of Burgh St. Peter, Norfolk [G.B., 1775] on 1 August 1973.1 He was president of United Business Machines Inc in 1978 at Alexandria, Virginia, U.S.A.1 He lived at 7510 Clifton Road, Clifton, Virginia, U.S.A.G.1

     From 1962, her married name became Leith-Buchanan.

     Sir Gordon Kelly McNicol Leith-Buchanan, 8th Bt. was born on 18 October 1974.1 He was the son of Sir Charles Alexander James Leith-Buchanan, 7th Bt. and Marianne Kelly.2 He married Courtney Ann Hubbard on 4 August 2007 at Fairfax, Virginia, U.S.A.3 He died on 26 May 2018 at age 43, killed in a road accident.3
     He succeeded as the 8th Baronet Leith, of Burgh St. Peter, Norfolk [G.B., 1775] in 1998.3
