     Marion Lockhart was the daughter of James Lockhart of Lee.² She married Robert Hamilton, 7th of Fairholm and of Milburne, son of Robert Hamilton, 6th of Fairholm and of Milburne and Houston and Margaret Hamilton, in 1619.¹ She died in 1624.¹
     From 1619, her married name became Hamilton.

     James Hamilton was the son of Robert Hamilton, 7th of Fairholm and of Milburne and Marion Lockhart.² He married Agnes Bruton.¹ He died before 1696.¹
     He fought in the English Civil War, as a Royalist.¹ He was a merchant at Edinburgh, Midlothian, Scotland.¹

     Agnes Bruton married James Hamilton, son of Robert Hamilton, 7th of Fairholm and of Milburne and Marion Lockhart.¹
     Her married name became Hamilton.

     Charles Hamilton was the son of James Hamilton and Agnes Bruton.² He died in 1664.¹
