     William Thompson was born on 30 August 1629 at Humbleton, England^G.¹ He was the son of Stephen Thompson and Mary Blackiston.¹ He married Frances Barnard, daughter of Henry Barnard, on 28 August 1654.² He died in 1691.¹
     He held the office of Member of Parliament (M.P.) for Scarborough between 1660 and 1692.²

     Frances Arnold was born in 1797.¹ She was the daughter of George Arnold.¹ She married Richard John Meade, son of Thomas Meade and Catherine Barnston, on 29 July 1817 at Torquay, Devon, England^G.¹ She died on 17 March 1855 at Wolverton, Bath, Somerset, England^G.¹
     Her married name became Meade.¹

     Henry FitzHerbert is the son of William FitzHerbert and Alice Longford.^1,2 He married unknown daughter Downes.¹
     He lived at Norbury, Derbyshire, England.¹ He was living in 1411.¹

     Charles John Riddell Duffin married Florence Ann Petronel Upton, daughter of John Herbert Upton and Petronel Fursdon, in 1943.² He and Florence Ann Petronel Upton were divorced in 1949.²
     He gained the rank of Lieutenant in the Scots Guards.¹
