     Kate Henderson was the daughter of Joseph Henderson.¹ She married, firstly, George Shepstone before 1883.¹ She married, secondly, Henry Cæsar Hawkins, son of Arthur Cæsar Hawkins and Emmeline Jane Dawnay, on 31 December 1883.¹ She died on 20 July 1894.¹
     From before 1883, her married name became Shepstone.¹ From 31 December 1883, her married name became Hawkins.

     Frederick Cæsar Hawkins was born on 12 October 1887.¹ He was the son of Henry Cæsar Hawkins and Kate Henderson.² He died on 15 November 1917 at age 30 at East Africa^G, from wounds received in action.¹
     He lived First World War.¹ He gained the rank of Lieutenant in the King’s African Rifles.¹

     Sir Villiers Geoffrey Cæsar Hawkins, 6th Bt. was born on 17 August 1890.¹ He was the son of Henry Cæsar Hawkins and Kate Henderson.² He married Marjorie Blanche Hampden-Smithers, daughter of Arthur Edward Hampden-Smithers, on 3 March 1920.¹ He died on 14 February 1955 at age 64.¹
     He fought in the First World War.¹ He gained the rank of Captain in the Royal Field Artillery.¹ He succeeded as the 6th Baronet Hawkins, of Kelston, Somerset [G.B., 1778] on 11 February 1939.¹

     Humphry Cæsar Hawkins was born on 17 November 1891.¹ He was the son of Henry Cæsar Hawkins and Kate Henderson.² He died on 23 April 1918 at age 26, killed in action.¹
     He gained the rank of Lieutenant in the Royal Field Artillery SR.¹ He was awarded the Military Cross (M.C.)¹ He fought in the First World War, and was mentioned in despatches.¹

     Dorothy Mary Hawkins was born on 27 September 1884.¹ She was the daughter of Henry Cæsar Hawkins and Kate Henderson.² She married Commander Charles Tiedemann Gervers, son of Francis Gervers, in 1903.¹
     From 1903, her married name became Gervers. She was appointed Officer, Order of the British Empire (O.B.E.) in 1919.¹

     Francis Gervers lived at Armat, Ardgay, Ross-shire, Scotland^G.¹

     Commander Charles Tiedemann Gervers was the son of Francis Gervers.² He married Dorothy Mary Hawkins, daughter of Henry Cæsar Hawkins and Kate Henderson, in 1903.¹ He died on 4 June 1927.¹
     He gained the rank of Commander in the Royal Navy.¹ He was awarded the Distinguished Service Order (D.S.O.)¹

     Emmeline Edith Hawkins was born in 1854. She was the daughter of Arthur Cæsar Hawkins and Emmeline Jane Dawnay.² She married George Walker in 1878.¹ She died on 29 August 1920.¹
     From 1878, her married name became Walker.

     George Walker married Emmeline Edith Hawkins, daughter of Arthur Cæsar Hawkins and Emmeline Jane Dawnay, in 1878.¹ He died in October 1919.¹
     He lived at High Flats, Natal, South Africa^G.¹ He held the office of Justice of the Peace (J.P.)¹
