     Sir William Gerard, 7th Bt. was born on 4 September 1721.1 He was the son of Sir William Gerard, 6th Bt. and Elizabeth Clifton.2 He died on 22 March 1740 at age 18, unmarried.1
     He succeeded as the 7th Baronet Gerard, of Bryn, co. Palatine of Lancaster [E., 1611] on 9 December 1732.1

     Sir Thomas Gerard, 8th Bt. was born after 1722. He was the son of Sir William Gerard, 6th Bt. and Elizabeth Clifton.2 He married Elizabeth Tasbrough.1 He died on 25 June 1780, without male issue.1
     He succeeded as the 8th Baronet Gerard, of Bryn, co. Palatine of Lancaster [E., 1611] on 22 March 1740.1
