     James Innes of Toux was born in 1514.2 He was the son of Walter Innes of Touch and Auchintoul and unknown daughter Forbes.2 He married Agnes Urquhart, daughter of Thomas Urquhart of Fischerie and Hon. Helen Abernethy.2 He died in 1588.2

     John Gordon, 10th of Hallhead is the son of Patrick Gordon, 9th of Hallhead and Margaret Burnett.2 He married Mary Ross, daughter of Robert Ross of Auchlossan and Elizabeth Maitland.1
     At Hallhead, Aberdeenshire, ScotlandG, (an unknown value.)2 On 28 September 1683 he was served heir to his father.1 He was Commissioner of Supply between 1685 and 1698.1 In 1686 he built the present house of Hallhead.1 He was Commissioner of Supply in 1704.1
