     James George Hubert Fox, The Fox was born on 1 January 1842.¹ He was the son of Reverend Mathew Maine Fox and Ellen Anne Armstrong.² He married, firstly, Elizabeth Amelia Lilian Grant, daughter of Reverend J. B. Grant, on 14 November 1865.¹ He married, secondly, Georgiana Frances McKay, daughter of Reverend Charles Elrington McKay and unknown daughter Moore, on 30 May 1877.¹ He died in 1919.¹
     He gained the rank of Lieutenant in the 5th Royal Irish Lancers.¹ He held the office of Justice of the Peace (J.P.) for County Tipperary.¹ He lived at Galtrim House, County Meath, Ireland^G.¹

     Henry Charles Fox was the son of James Fox, The Fox and Harriet D’Arcy.² He died, unmarried.¹
     He graduated with a Doctor of Medicine (M.D.)¹

     James D’Arcy Fox was the son of James Fox, The Fox and Harriet D’Arcy.² He married Sarah Tarrant, daughter of James Tarrant and Jane Fowler, on 26 December 1833 at St. James Church, Mallow, County Cork, Ireland.^1,3 He died on 9 April 1876.¹
     He lived at Foxbrooke^G.¹ He emigrated to New Zealand^G arriving on circa 1862.¹

     Catherine Tarrant is the daughter of James Tarrant and Jane Fowler.¹ She married Joseph Ring in 1825.¹
     From 1825, her married name became Ring.¹

     Sarah Tarrant was baptised on 5 March 1807 at St. James Church, Mallow, County Cork, Ireland.² She was the daughter of James Tarrant and Jane Fowler.³ She married James D’Arcy Fox, son of James Fox, The Fox and Harriet D’Arcy, on 26 December 1833 at St. James Church, Mallow, County Cork, Ireland.^1,2 She died on 27 January 1859 at age 51.²
     From 26 December 1833, her married name became Fox.

     Brassil Fox was born on 11 September 1843.^1,2 He was the son of James D’Arcy Fox and Sarah Tarrant.³ He married Elizabeth Looney, daughter of Samuel Looney and Catherine Landrigan, on 20 March 1869.¹ He died on 5 September 1913 at age 69.¹
     He was also known as John Hubert.¹ He was also known as Hubert Joseph Fox.¹ He was also known as Hubert Brassil.¹ He lived at Foxbrook, Horsham, New South Wales, Australia^G.¹ He lived at Boigbeat, New South Wales, Australia^G.¹

     Samuel Looney married Catherine Landrigan on 1 August 1839 at St. Mary’s Church, Cloqheen, County Tipperary, Ireland.²
     He lived at Dooen, New South Wales, Australia^G.¹

     Elizabeth Looney was born in 1843 at Melbourne, Victoria, Australia.¹ She was the daughter of Samuel Looney and Catherine Landrigan.^2,3 She married Brassil Fox, son of James D’Arcy Fox and Sarah Tarrant, on 20 March 1869.¹ She died on 4 June 1933.¹
     From 20 March 1869, her married name became Fox.
