Conrad Fulke Thomond O’Brien-ffrench, 2nd Marquess of Castel Thomond1,2 
He was with the Royal North-West Mounted Police (Canada) in 1910.1 He gained the rank of officer in 1912 in the 3rd Battalion, Royal Irish Regiment.1 He fought in the First World War.1 He was Assistant Military Attache to Stockholm between 1919 and 1920.1 He was Assistant Military Attache to Helsinki between 1921 and 1922.1 He was Aide-de-Camp to the Governor of Uttar Pradesh, India in 1922.1 In 1926 KM.1 He retired from the military in 1926, with the rank of Captain, late of the 16th/5th Lancers.1 He succeeded as the 2nd Marquess of Castel Thomond, of Bolsena, Italy [Vatican, 1895] on 10 November 1933.1 He was with the Ministry of Information during the Second World War.1 He lived in 1976 at Loveland, Colorado, U.S.A.G.1
