     John Saye Wingfield Twisleton-Wykeham-Fiennes was born on 14 April 1911.¹ He was the son of Gerard Yorke Twisleton-Wykeham-Fiennes and Gwendolen Gisborne.² He married Sylvia Beatrice McDowall, daughter of Reverend Charles Robert Loraine McDowall and Beatrice Mary Burdett, on 1 September 1937.¹ He died on 21 April 1996 at age 85.¹

in 1963.¹ He was 1st Parliamentary Counsel between 1968 and 1972.¹ He held the office of Bencher of the Middle Temple in 1969.¹ He was appointed Knight Commander, Order of the Bath (K.C.B.) in 1970.¹ He was appointed Queen’s Counsel (Q.C.) in 1972.¹

     Jessie Mary Goddard Jackson is the daughter of Nicholas Goddard Jackson.¹ She married Major Cecil Wingfield Twisleton-Wykeham-Fiennes, son of Major Caryl Wentworth Twisleton-Wykeham-Fiennes and Kathleen Isabella Hawkins, on 20 December 1923.¹ She and Major Cecil Wingfield Twisleton-Wykeham-Fiennes were divorced in 1936.¹
     From 20 December 1923, her married name became Twisleton-Wykeham-Fiennes.¹

     Sylvia Beatrice McDowall was the daughter of Reverend Charles Robert Loraine McDowall and Beatrice Mary Burdett.² She married John Saye Wingfield Twisleton-Wykeham-Fiennes, son of Gerard Yorke Twisleton-Wykeham-Fiennes and Gwendolen Gisborne, on 1 September 1937.¹ She died in 1979.¹
