He was buried at Hoover Cemetery, West Branch, Iowa, U.S.A.^G.
     He was US President No. 31. Won the 1928 election over Alfred E. Smith by a popular vote of 21,391,993 to
15,016,169 and an electoral vote of 444 to 87, but lost the 1932 election to
Fraklin Roosevelt. Charles Curtis served as his vice-president. The first
president born west of the Mississippi River. During his term the great
depression of 1929 happened, and he was largely blamed for its consequences.

She married Herbert Clark Hoover, son of Jesse Clark Hoover and Hulda Randall Minthorn, on 10 February 1899 at Monterey, California, U.S.A.^G. She died on 7 January 1944 at age 69 at Waldorf Astoria, Manhattan, New York City, New York, U.S.A.^G. She was buried at Hoover Cemetery, West Branch, Iowa, U.S.A.^G.

     Herbert Charles Hoover was born on 28 March 1905 at San Francisco, California, U.S.A.^G. He was the son of Herbert Clark Hoover and Lou Henry. He married Margaret Eva Watson on 25 June 1925 at Stanford, California, U.S.A.^G. He died on 9 July 1969 at age 64 at Pasadena, California, U.S.A.^G.
