     Clotworthy Rowley was born in 1731.¹ He was the son of Admiral Sir William Rowley and Arabella Dawson.² He married Letitia Campbell, daughter of Samuel Campbell and Mary Upton, in 1766.¹ He died in 1805.¹
     He was a practising barrister.¹ He held the office of Member of Parliament (M.P.) for Downpatrick.¹

     Letitia Campbell was born circa 1739 at County Londonderry, Ireland.² She was the daughter of Samuel Campbell and Mary Upton.^3,2 She married Clotworthy Rowley, son of Admiral Sir William Rowley and Arabella Dawson, in 1766.¹ She died in 1776.¹
     From 1766, her married name became Rowley.

     William Rowley was the son of Clotworthy Rowley and Letitia Campbell.² He died in 1811, unmarried.¹
     He held the office of Recorder of Kinsale.¹ He was Commissioner of Customs at Kinsale, County Cork, Ireland^G.¹

     Admiral Sir Josias Rowley, 1st and last Bt. was the son of Clotworthy Rowley and Letitia Campbell.² He died on 10 January 1842, unmarried.¹
     He was appointed Knight Grand Cross, Order of St. Michael and St. George (G.C.M.G.)¹ He gained the rank of Admiral.¹ He was appointed Knight Grand Cross, Order of the Bath (G.C.B.)¹ He was created 1st Baronet Rowley [U.K.] on 2 November 1813.¹ On his death, his baronetcy became extinct.¹

     Rear-Admiral Samuel Campbell Rowley was born on 19 January 1774.¹ He was the son of Clotworthy Rowley and Letitia Campbell.² He married, firstly, Mary Thompson, daughter of unknown Thompson.¹ He married, secondly, Mary Cronin, daughter of Edmund Cronin, on 4 November 1830.¹ He died, without issue.¹
     He gained the rank of Rear-Admiral of the White.¹

     unknown Thompson lived at White Park, County Fermanagh, Ireland^G.¹

     Mary Thompson is the daughter of unknown Thompson.² She married Rear-Admiral Samuel Campbell Rowley, son of Clotworthy Rowley and Letitia Campbell.¹
     Her married name became Rowley.
