     Richard Gillman was born in 1752.² He was the son of John Gillman and Sarah Clear.^1,2 He married Elizabeth Beamish, daughter of Francis Beamish and Elizabeth Sealy, on 24 May 1788.² He died on 10 January 1796.²
     He graduated from Trinity College, Dublin University, Dublin, County Dublin, Ireland^G, in 1778 with a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.)² He lived at Bandon¹ and at Gurteen, County Cork, Ireland^G.¹

     John Gillman was the son of Herbert Gillman and Jane Webb.² He married Sarah Clear, daughter of Ralph Clear, on 23 October 1751.² He died from 8 April 1770 to 7 August 1770.² His will was proven (by probate) on 7 August 1770.²

     Mary Townsend was the daughter of Francis Townsend and unknown Roche.^1,2 She married Francis Beamish, son of Francis Beamish and Elizabeth Sealy, in 1784.¹
     From 1784, her married name became Beamish.¹ She was living in March 1812.¹

     Francis Townsend was the son of Richard Townsend and unknown Minchin.² He married unknown Roche.²
     He lived at West Carbery, County Cork, Ireland^G.² He lived at Clogheen, County Cork, Ireland^G.¹

     Townsend Beamish was born in 1786.¹ He was the son of Francis Beamish and Mary Townsend.¹ He married Mary Atkins, daughter of Walter Atkins, in 1807.¹ He died on 20 June 1808.¹
     He was educated at Trinity College, Dublin University, Dublin, County Dublin, Ireland^G.¹ He lived at Myrtle Grove, Youghal, County Cork, Ireland^G.¹

     John Sealy Beamish was the son of Francis Beamish and Mary Townsend.¹ He died on 15 February 1809.¹
