William Frederick Jackson, 1st and last Baron Jackson1 
He adopted George Andrew David Jackson.1 He was educated at King Edward VII School, Birmingham, Warwickshire, EnglandG.1 He was a fruit grower and farmer.1 He gained the rank of Sergeant in the 14th Royal Warwickshire Regiment.1 He fought in the First World War between 1914 and 1916, where he became an invalid.1 He held the office of Member of Parliament (M.P.) for Breconshire and Radnorshire between 1939 and 1945.1 He was created 1st Baron Jackson, of Glewstone, co. Hereford [U.K.] on 6 July 1945.1 On his death, his title became extinct.1
