     Robert Arthur Handcock, 6th Baron Castlemaine of Moydrum was born on 19 April 1864.¹ He was the son of Richard Handcock, 4th Baron Castlemaine of Moydrum and Hon. Louisa Matilda Harris.¹ He married Ethel Violet Bainbridge, daughter of Colonel Sir Edmond Bainbridge, on 16 June 1894.¹ He died on 31 May 1954 at age 90.¹
     He gained the rank of Temprorary Lieutenant in the Royal Army Service Corps.² He fought in the First World War.² He held the office of Deputy Lieutenant (D.L.) of County Westmeath.² He held the office of Justice of the Peace (J.P.) for County Westmeath.² He succeeded as the 6th Baron Castlemaine of Moydrum, co. Westmeath [I., 1812] on 6 July 1937.¹

     Ethel Violet Bainbridge was the daughter of Colonel Sir Edmond Bainbridge.¹ She married Robert Arthur Handcock, 6th Baron Castlemaine of Moydrum, son of Richard Handcock, 4th Baron Castlemaine of Moydrum and Hon. Louisa Matilda Harris, on 16 June 1894.¹ She died on 13 July 1934.¹
     From 16 June 1894, her married name became Handcock.¹

     Colonel Sir Edmond Bainbridge gained the rank of Colonel in the Royal Artillery.² He was appointed Knight Commander, Order of the Bath (K.C.B.)¹

     Hon. Robert John Handcock was born on 19 September 1830.² He was the son of Richard Handcock, 3rd Baron Castlemaine of Moydrum and Margaret Harris.¹ He married Caroline Emily Louisa Pester, daughter of General Henry Pester and Georgina Mcleod, on 10 January 1856.² He died on 10 April 1902 at age 71.¹
     He graduated from Dublin University, Dublin, County Dublin, Ireland^G, with a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.)² He gained the rank of Lieutenant in the 48th Regiment.²

     Robert John Handcock was born on 19 September 1860.² He was the son of Hon. Robert John Handcock and Caroline Emily Louisa Pester.¹ He married Eleamor Annie Esther Staveley, daughter of Jones Hodder Staveley, in 1903.² He died on 26 September 1951 at age 91.¹
     He graduated from Trinity College, Cambridge University, Cambridge, Cambridgeshire, England^G, in 1889 with a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.)²

     John Michael Schomberg Staveley Handcock, 7th Baron Castlemaine of Moydrum was born on 10 March 1904.² He was the son of Robert John Handcock and Eleamor Annie Esther Staveley.¹ He married Rebecca Ellen Soady, daughter of William Thomas Soady, on 8 October 1930.¹ He died on 31 July 1973 at age 69.¹
     He was with the Provincial Bank of Ireland in 1923.² He gained the rank of Adjutant in the Irish Defence Forces.² He was a director of the Irish International Bank.² He succeeded as the 7th Baron Castlemaine of Moydrum, co. Westmeath [I., 1812] on 31 May 1954.¹ He was chairman of the Mancunian Building Society.²

     Eleamor Annie Esther Staveley was the daughter of Jones Hodder Staveley.¹ She married Robert John Handcock, son of Hon. Robert John Handcock and Caroline Emily Louisa Pester, in 1903.² She died on 29 October 1963.²
     From 1903, her married name became Handcock.

     Jones Hodder Staveley lived at Glanduff Castle, Charleville, County Cork, Ireland^G.² He was a practising barrister.²

     Caroline Emily Louisa Pester was the daughter of General Henry Pester and Georgina Mcleod.^1,2 She married Hon. Robert John Handcock, son of Richard Handcock, 3rd Baron Castlemaine of Moydrum and Margaret Harris, on 10 January 1856.³ She died in 1922.³
     From 10 January 1856, her married name became Handcock.

     Emmanuel Pester was a gentleman farmer.¹
