     Andrew Eustace Palmer was born on 30 September 1937.² He was the son of Lt.-Col. Rodney Howell Palmer and Frances Pauline Gordon-Duff.² He married Davina Cecil Barclay, daughter of Sir Roderick Edward Barclay and Jean Gladstone, on 28 July 1962.² He died on 13 November 2019 at age 82.³
     He was educated at Winchester College, Winchester, Hampshire, England^G.² He graduated from Pembroke College, Cambridge University, Cambridge, Cambridgeshire, England, with a Master of Arts (M.A.)² He gained the rank of Second Lieutenant between 1956 and 1958 in the Rifle Brigade.² He was with the foreign service in 1961.² He was the Consulting-General between 1979 and 1982 at Oslo, Norway.² He was appointed Commander, Royal Victorian Order (C.V.O.) in 1981.² He was the ambassador between 1986 and 1988 at Cuba.² He was appointed Companion, Order of St. Michael and St. George (C.M.G.) in 1987.² He was ambassador between 1991 and 1995 at The Holy See, Rome, Italy.² He was Extra Equerry to HRH The Duke of Kent.² He lived at Town Farm Cottage, Little Missenden, Buckinghamshire, England.²

     Juliet Palmer was born on 21 August 1965.² She is the daughter of Andrew Eustace Palmer and Davina Cecil Barclay.² She married Hugh Sebastian Frederick Cairns, Viscount Garmoyle, son of Simon Dallas Cairns, 6th Earl Cairns and Amanda Mary Heathcoat-Amory, on 19 December 1991.²
     From 19 December 1991, her married name became Cairns.

     Hon. Tara Davina Amanda Cairns was born on 3 April 1995.¹ She is the daughter of Hugh Sebastian Frederick Cairns, Viscount Garmoyle and Juliet Palmer.²

     Hon. Harriet Cairns was born on 3 March 1998.¹ She is the daughter of Hugh Sebastian Frederick Cairns, Viscount Garmoyle and Juliet Palmer.²

     Lt.-Col. Henry Walpole was born on 15 November 1846.¹ He was the son of Colonel Horatio Walpole and Fanny Sophia Conway.¹
     He gained the rank of Lieutenant-Colonel in the Loyal North Lancashire Regiment.¹

     Oliver Rena lived at Little Venice, London, England^G.¹

     Francesca L. Rena is the daughter of Oliver Rena.² She married Hon. David Patrick Cairns, son of Simon Dallas Cairns, 6th Earl Cairns and Amanda Mary Heathcoat-Amory, in 1993.¹
     Francesca L. Rena also went by the nick-name of Fresci.¹ From 1993, her married name became Cairns.

     Oscar Cairns was born on 23 February 1996.¹ He is the son of Hon. David Patrick Cairns and Francesca L. Rena.²
