     Marian Cicely Cracroft-Amcotts was born on 13 September 1931.¹ She was the daughter of Lt.-Col. Sir Weston Cracroft-Amcotts and Rhona Clifton-Brown.¹ She married Thomas Charles Weguelin Micklem, son of Major Charles Micklem and Diana Gertrude May Loyd, on 15 June 1957.¹ She died on 30 October 2020 at age 89.²
