     Lt.-Col. Sir Weston Cracroft-Amcotts was the son of Major Frederick Augustus Cracroft-Amcotts and Emily Grace Willson.^1,2 He married Rhona Clifton-Brown, daughter of Edward Clifton-Brown and Dora Winifred Hanbury, on 23 June 1927.¹ He died in 1975.¹
     He gained the rank of Lieutenant-Colonel in the Royal Engineers.¹ He was awarded the Military Cross (M.C.)¹ He held the office of Deputy Lieutenant (D.L.)¹

     Major Frederick Augustus Cracroft-Amcotts was born on 3 May 1853 at Warwick, Warwickshire, England^G.² He was the son of Weston Cracroft-Amcotts.³ He married Emily Grace Willson, daughter of Anthony Willson and Mary Eliza Caroline Fane, on 17 February 1885 at Sleaford, Lincolnshire, England^G.² He died on 15 April 1897 at age 43.²
     He held the office of Justice of the Peace (J.P.)² He gained the rank of Major in the 5th Dragoon Guards.²

     Rosemary Grace Cracroft-Amcotts was born on 17 April 1928.¹ She was the daughter of Lt.-Col. Sir Weston Cracroft-Amcotts and Rhona Clifton-Brown.¹ She married Lt.-Cdr. Gervis Hugh Frere Frere-Cook, son of Richard Martin Oscar Cook, on 24 May 1952.¹ She died on 26 October 2014 at age 86.²
     From 24 May 1952, her married name became Frere-Cook.¹

     Lt.-Cdr. Gervis Hugh Frere Frere-Cook was the son of Richard Martin Oscar Cook.¹ He married Rosemary Grace Cracroft-Amcotts, daughter of Lt.-Col. Sir Weston Cracroft-Amcotts and Rhona Clifton-Brown, on 24 May 1952.¹ He died in 1974.¹
     He gained the rank of Lieutenant-Commander in the Royal Navy.¹ He lived at Exton, Hampshire, England^G.²

     Richard Martin Oscar Cook usually went by his middle name of Oscar.²

     Simon Aubrey Cracroft Frere-Cook was born on 21 February 1955.¹ He is the son of Lt.-Cdr. Gervis Hugh Frere Frere-Cook and Rosemary Grace Cracroft-Amcotts.¹ He married Jennifer Jane Greenwood in 1981.¹
