Francis Needham, 2nd Earl of Kilmorey1 
Francis Needham, 2nd Earl of Kilmorey also went by the nick-name of ‘Black Jack’.3 He was educated at Eton College, Windsor, Berkshire, EnglandG.1 He held the office of Member of Parliament (M.P.) (Tory) for Newry between 1819 and 1826.1 He held the office of Sheriff of County Down in 1828.1 He succeeded as the 2nd Earl of Kilmorey [I., 1822] on 21 November 1832.1 He succeeded as the 13th Viscount Kilmorey, in Queen’s Co. [I., 1625] on 21 November 1832.1 He succeeded as the 2nd Viscount Newry and Mourne, co. Down [I., 1822] on 21 November 1832.1 He and Priscilla Anne Hoste were associated in 1843.
