     Sir Thomas Berney, 2nd Bt. was the son of Sir Richard Berney, 1st Bt. and Anne Smallpage.1 He married Sarah Tyrell, daughter of Thomas Tyrell.1 He died between 6 November 1693 and 31 December 1693.1 His will was proven (by probate) on 5 February 1713/14.1
     He succeeded as the 2nd Baronet Berney, of Parkehall in Redham, co. Norfolk [E., 1620] in 1668.1 He lived at Norwich, Norfolk, EnglandG.1 His last will was dated 6 November 1693.

     He succeeded as the 3rd Baronet Berney, of Parkehall in Redham, co. Norfolk [E., 1620] in 1693.1 He lived at Kirby Bedon, Norfolk, EnglandG.1 His last will was dated from 10 September 1705 to 29 April 1706.
