     Sir John Keith Agnew, 6th Bt. was born on 19 December 1950.¹ He was the son of Sir George Keith Agnew, 5th Bt. and Baroness Anne Merete Louise Schaffalitzky de Muckadell.² He died on 22 June 2011 at age 60.³
     He was educated at Gresham’s School, Holt, Norfolk, England^G.¹ He was educated at Royal Agricultural College, Cirencester, Gloucestershire, England^G.¹ He succeeded as the 6th Baronet Agnew, of Great Stanhope Street, London [U.K., 1895] on 16 April 1994.¹ He lived in 2003 at Lawney’s Farm, Rougham, Surrey, England^G.¹

     Thomas Agnew was born before 1736 at Clendry^G.¹ He married Janet McMaster on 28 February 1751.¹ He died on 30 December 1790.¹
     He lived at Culhorn, Inch, Wigtownshire, Scotland^G.¹

     Janet McMaster married Thomas Agnew on 28 February 1751.¹ She died on 19 November 1807.¹
     From 28 February 1751, her married name became Agnew.¹

     Thomas Agnew was baptised on 16 November 1760.¹ He was the son of Thomas Agnew and Janet McMaster.¹ He married Mary McConnell on 19 January 1792.¹ He died on 19 December 1835 at age 75.¹

     Thomas Agnew was born on 16 December 1794.¹ He was the son of John Agnew and Jane Glover.¹ He married Jane Garnet Lockett, daughter of William Lockett, on 19 February 1823.¹ He died on 24 March 1871 at age 76.¹
     He was founder of Thos. Agnew & Sons, art dealers.¹ He held the office of Mayor of Salford in 1851.¹ He held the office of Justice of the Peace (J.P.) for Salford.¹ He lived at Fairhope, Eccles, Lancashire, England^G.¹
     He also had three other daughters.²

     Jane Garnet Lockett was the daughter of William Lockett.¹ She married Thomas Agnew, son of John Agnew and Jane Glover, on 19 February 1823.¹ She died on 8 October 1864.¹
     From 19 February 1823, her married name became Agnew.¹
