     Henry John Robert Osborn was born on 12 September 1839.¹ He was the son of Sir George Robert Osborn, 6th Bt. and Lady Charlotte Kerr.¹ He married Emily St. Quintin, daughter of Thomas St. Quintin, on 28 April 1866.¹ He died on 29 March 1889 at age 49, lost in a collision between the steamer Comtesse de Flandres and the Princess Henriette, in the English Channel.²
     He was educated at Harrow School, Harrow, London, England.¹ He gained the rank of Lieutenant in the 1st Life Guards.¹

     Emily St. Quintin was the daughter of Thomas St. Quintin.¹ She married Henry John Robert Osborn, son of Sir George Robert Osborn, 6th Bt. and Lady Charlotte Kerr, on 28 April 1866.¹ She died on 6 May 1920.¹
     Her married name became Osborn.

     Thomas St. Quintin lived at Hatley Park, Cambridgeshire, England^G.¹

     Sir Algernon Kerr Butler Osborn, 7th Bt. was born on 8 August 1870.¹ He was the son of Henry John Robert Osborn and Emily St. Quintin.¹ He married Beatrice Elliot Kennard Greenfield, daughter of William Bunce Greenfield and Mary Jane Kennard, on 3 June 1903.¹ He died on 19 July 1948 at age 77.¹
     He was educated at Harrow School, Harrow, London, England.¹ He was educated at Trinity Hall, Cambridge University, Cambridge, Cambridgeshire, England.¹ He succeeded as the 7th Baronet Osborne, of Chicksands Priory, co. Bedford [E., 1662] on 11 January 1892.¹ He gained the rank of Captain in the 3rd Battalion, Bedfordshire Regiment.¹ He held the office of High Sheriff of Bedfordshire in 1909.¹ He held the office of Justice of the Peace (J.P.) for Bedfordshire.¹

     Beatrice Elliot Kennard Greenfield was the daughter of William Bunce Greenfield and Mary Jane Kennard.¹ She married Sir Algernon Kerr Butler Osborn, 7th Bt., son of Henry John Robert Osborn and Emily St. Quintin, on 3 June 1903.¹ She died on 30 August 1963.¹
     Her married name became Osborn.

     William Bunce Greenfield married Mary Jane Kennard, daughter of Robert William Kennard and Mary Ann Challis, in 1854 at Edmonton, London, England.^1,2 He died on 23 November 1908.
     He held the office of Deputy Lieutenant (D.L.)¹ He held the office of Justice of the Peace (J.P.)¹ He lived at Haynes Park, Bedford, Bedfordshire, England^G. He lived at Beechwood Park, Hertfordshire, England.³

     Mary Jane Kennard is the daughter of Robert William Kennard and Mary Ann Challis.² She married William Bunce Greenfield in 1854 at Edmonton, London, England.^3,4
     From 1854, her married name became Greenfield.⁵

     Robert William Kennard was born on 18 January 1800.² He was the son of John Kennard and Harriet Elizabeth Peirse.² He married Mary Ann Challis, daughter of Thomas Challis, on 23 May 1823.² He died in 1870.¹

     Captain Peter Stanley Howard Osborn was born on 20 August 1912.¹ He was the son of Sir Algernon Kerr Butler Osborn, 7th Bt. and Beatrice Elliot Kennard Greenfield.¹ He died on 4 February 1944 at age 31 at Anzio, Italy, killed in action.¹
     He was educated at Eton College, Windsor, Berkshire, England.¹ He was educated at Royal Military College, Sandhurst, Berkshire, England.¹ He fought in the Second World War.¹ He wrote the book Smash Military Germany For Ever.¹ He wrote the book Never again.¹

     Sir Danvers Lionel Rouse Osborn, 8th Bt. was born on 31 January 1916.¹ He was the son of Sir Algernon Kerr Butler Osborn, 7th Bt. and Beatrice Elliot Kennard Greenfield.¹ He married Constance Violette Rooke, daughter of Major Leonard Frank Rooke, on 4 September 1943.¹ He died on 19 July 1983 at age 67 at London, England.^1,2
     He fought in the Second World War, with the Intelligence Department, War Office.¹ He succeeded as the 8th Baronet Osborne, of Chicksands Priory, co. Bedford [E., 1662] on 19 July 1948.¹
