She married Karl Graf von und zu Arco-Zinneberg, son of Ferdinand Maria Joseph Maximilian Ludwig Antonius Aemilian Balthasar Graf von und zu Arco-Zinneberg and Maria Gräfin Fugger von Glött, on 5 March 1961 at Mauren, Germany.1
     She was given the name of Hedwig Maria Elisabeth Sophia Anna Benedikta Luitgarde Walburgis Katherina Pia at birth.1
