Louise Victorie Marie Amélie Sophie d‘Orléans was born on 9 July 1869 at Bushy House, Teddington, London, EnglandG.1 She was the daughter of Ferdinand Philippe Marie d‘Orléans, Duc d’Alençon and Sophie Charlotte Herzogin in Bayern.1 She married Alfons Prinz von Bayern, son of Adalbert Wilhelm Georg Prinz von Bayern and Amelia de Borbón, Infanta de España, on 15 April 1891 at Schloss Nymphenburg, GermanyG.1 She died on 4 February 1952 at age 82.

From 6 May 1939, her married name became von Kageneck. From 6 June 1944, her married name became Kustner.
