Sir John Williams, 1st Bt. 
He held the office of High Sheriff of Flintshire in 1794.2 He was created 1st Baronet Williams, of Bodelwyddan, Denbighshire [Great Britain] on 24 July 1798.2

Sir John Hay-Williams, 2nd Bt.1 
He was given the name of John Hay Williams at birth.2 He succeeded as the 2nd Baronet Williams, of Bodelwyddan, Denbighshire [G.B., 1798] on 9 October 1830.2 On 12 May 1842 his name was legally changed to John Hay-Williams by Royal Licence.2
