     Lt.-Col. Alwyn de Blaquiere Valentine Paget was born on 14 February 1855.¹ He was the son of Colonel Leopold Grimston Paget and Georgiana Theodosia Halsey.¹ He married Florence Talbot Laing, daughter of Sir James Laing, on 2 February 1882.¹ He died on 14 May 1931 at age 76.¹
     He gained the rank of Lieutenant-Colonel in the Durham Light Infantry.¹ He gained the rank of Brevet Colonel.¹

     Florence Talbot Laing was the daughter of Sir James Laing.¹ She married Lt.-Col. Alwyn de Blaquiere Valentine Paget, son of Colonel Leopold Grimston Paget and Georgiana Theodosia Halsey, on 2 February 1882.¹ She died on 9 November 1943.¹
     From 2 February 1882, her married name became Paget.¹

     Sir James Laing lived at Etal Manor, Etal, Berwick-upon-Tweed, Northumberland, England^G.¹ He held the office of Deputy Lieutenant (D.L.)¹

     Captain Rupert Alwyn Paget was born on 14 December 1882.¹ He was the son of Lt.-Col. Alwyn de Blaquiere Valentine Paget and Florence Talbot Laing.¹ He married Amy Bessie Dugdale, daughter of Adam Dugdale, on 6 February 1923.¹ He died on 1 February 1946 at age 63, without issue.²
     He gained the rank of Lieutenant in the Royal West Kent Regiment.¹ He gained the rank of Captain in the 24th Battalion, Royal Fusiliers.¹

     Amy Bessie Dugdale was born circa 1879.¹ She was the daughter of Adam Dugdale.¹ She married Captain Rupert Alwyn Paget, son of Lt.-Col. Alwyn de Blaquiere Valentine Paget and Florence Talbot Laing, on 6 February 1923.¹ She died on 14 September 1970.¹
     From 6 February 1923, her married name became Paget.¹

     Adam Dugdale lived at Gilmonby Hall, Bowes, Darlington, County Durham, England^G.¹ He lived at Griffin Lodge, Blackburn, Lancashire, England^G.¹

     Gladys Theresa Paget was born on 17 September 1885.¹ She was the daughter of Lt.-Col. Alwyn de Blaquiere Valentine Paget and Florence Talbot Laing.¹ She died on 3 February 1965 at age 79, unmarried.¹
     She fought in the First World War, as a nursing member of the British Red Cross.¹

     Florence Eleanor Paget was born on 25 September 1887.¹ She was the daughter of Lt.-Col. Alwyn de Blaquiere Valentine Paget and Florence Talbot Laing.¹ She married Adam Norman Dugdale, son of Adam Dugdale, on 16 July 1919.¹ She died on 27 January 1965 at age 77.¹
     Florence Eleanor Paget also went by the nick-name of Elsie.¹ From 16 July 1919, her married name became Dugdale.¹

     John Egerton, Viscount Brackley was born on 3 February 1703/4.¹ He was the son of Scroop Egerton, 1st Duke of Bridgwater and Lady Elizabeth Churchill.^3,1 He died on 30 January 1718/19 at age 14 at Eton College, Windsor, Berkshire, England^G.¹ He was buried on 5 February 1718/19 at Little Gaddesden, Hertfordshire, England^G.¹
     He was styled as Viscount Brackley between 1704 and 1719.¹

     Adam Norman Dugdale was the son of Adam Dugdale.¹ He married Florence Eleanor Paget, daughter of Lt.-Col. Alwyn de Blaquiere Valentine Paget and Florence Talbot Laing, on 16 July 1919.¹ He died on 8 January 1948.¹
