Francesca Augusta Maria Cagiati was born circa 1912.3 She was the daughter of Francesco Cagiati.1 She married Archibald Alexander John Stanley Acheson, 6th Earl of Gosford, son of Archibald Charles Montagu Brabazon Acheson, 5th Earl of Gosford and Caroline Mildred Carter, on 14 December 1935.1 She and Archibald Alexander John Stanley Acheson, 6th Earl of Gosford were divorced in 1960.1 She died on 10 March 2009 at Arizona, U.S.A.3
Her married name became Acheson. After her marriage, Francesca Augusta Maria Cagiati was styled as Countess of Gosford on 20 March 1954.

Armagh [U.K., 1847] on 17 February 1966.3 He succeeded as the 6th Baron Worlingham of Beccles, co. Suffolk [U.K., 1835] on 17 February 1966.3 He succeeded as the 7th Earl of Gosford [I., 1806] on 17 February 1966.1 He succeeded as the 8th Viscount Gosford of Market Hill, co. Armagh [I., 1785] on 17 February 1966.1 He succeeded as the 13th Baronet Acheson, of Market Hill [in Clonekearney], co. Lady Francesca Georgina Caroline Acheson was born on 23 April 1940.1 She was the daughter of Archibald Alexander John Stanley Acheson, 6th Earl of Gosford and Francesca Augusta Maria Cagiati.1 She married David Wallace Fleming, son of Wallace Fleming, on 15 September 1967.1 She died in August 1991 at age 51.1
Lady Francesca Georgina Caroline Acheson usually went by her middle name of Caroline.1 From 15 September 1967, her married name became Fleming.3
