     John Thomas Perceval was born on 14 February 1803.1 He was the son of Rt. Hon. Spencer Perceval and Jane Wilson.1 He married Anna Gardner, daughter of Thomas Gardner, on 31 March 1834.1 He died on 28 February 1876 at age 73.1
     He gained the rank of Captain in the 1st Foot Guards.1 He had two other daughters, who both died unmarried.1
