     Jonathan Guy Berkeley Portman was born on 18 June 1965.¹ He is the son of Anthony Seymour Berkeley Portman and Penelope Helen Kathleen Candy.¹ He married Sophie Jane Mordaunt, daughter of Thomas Christopher John Mordaunt and Belinda Madeline Gouldsmith, on 24 May 1998.^2,1

     Diana Mary Portman was born on 10 August 1923.¹ She was the daughter of Brigadier Guy Maurice Berkeley Portman and Miriam Katharine Taylor.¹ She married F/O Raymond Guy Manning, son of J. J. Manning, on 4 February 1945.¹ She died on 19 February 1945 at age 21 at Italy^G, killed in a flying accident with her husband.¹
     She was with the Special Operations Executive and First Aid Nursing Yeomanry during the Second World War.¹ Her married name became Manning.

     F/O Raymond Guy Manning was the son of J. J. Manning.¹ He married Diana Mary Portman, daughter of Brigadier Guy Maurice Berkeley Portman and Miriam Katharine Taylor, on 4 February 1945.¹ He died on 19 February 1945, killed in a flying accident with his wife.¹
     He gained the rank of Flying Officer in the Royal Air Force.¹

     Luisa Edwina Portman was born on 6 June 1931.¹ She was the daughter of Brigadier Guy Maurice Berkeley Portman and Miriam Katharine Taylor.¹ She married Christopher David Howard, son of Dr. Richard Christopher Howard, on 29 May 1952.¹ She died on 18 October 2020 at age 89.²
     Her married name became Howard. She lived in 2003 at Ryton Corner, Ryton, Shrewsbury, Shropshire, England.¹

     Christopher David Howard was the son of Dr. Richard Christopher Howard.² He married Luisa Edwina Portman, daughter of Brigadier Guy Maurice Berkeley Portman and Miriam Katharine Taylor, on 29 May 1952.² He died on 13 July 1991.²

     Davinia Elizabeth Howard was born on 8 July 1953.² She was the daughter of Christopher David Howard and Luisa Edwina Portman.² She married Sir James William Vernon, 5th Bt., son of Sir Nigel John Douglas Vernon, 4th Bt. and Margaret Ellen Dobell, on 30 May 1981.¹ She died on 25 July 2023 at age 70.³
     From 30 May 1981, her married name became Vernon.¹ She lived in 2003 at The Hall, Lygan-y-Wern, Clwyd, Wales.²

     Belinda Jane Howard was born on 6 October 1956.¹ She is the daughter of Christopher David Howard and Luisa Edwina Portman.¹ She married Timothy Michael Evans, son of Geoffrey Evans, on 5 September 1981.¹
     From 5 September 1981, her married name became Evans.¹ She lived in 2003 at Little Mapp Farm, Kenley, Shropshire, England.¹

     John Morritt, Jr. was baptised on 14 April 1802 at Ulverston, Lancashire, England.² He married Mary Baillie, daughter of Peter Baillie of Dochfour and Elizabeth Pinney, on 4 October 1825 at St. Mary Magdalen, Richmond, Surrey, England.^1,2 He died on 11 October 1827 at age 25 at Funchal, Madeira, Portugal.²
     He lived at Rokeby Park, Yorkshire, England^G.³

     Lawrence Edward Broomfield Palk, 4th Baron Haldon was born on 13 May 1896.¹ He was the son of Lawrence William Palk, 3rd Baron Haldon and Lidiana Amalia Creszencia Maichle.¹ He died on 16 August 1938 at age 42.¹
     He was educated at Beaumont College, Old Windsor, Berkshire, England^G.¹ He gained the rank of Captain in the Royal Engineers.¹ He fought in the First World War, in Gallipoli, Egypt and Mesopotamia.¹ He succeeded as the 7th Baronet Palk, of Haldon House, in Haldon, co. Devon [G.B., 1782] on 12 January 1933.¹ He succeeded as the 4th Baron Haldon, of Haldon, co. Devon [U.K., 1880] on 12 January 1933.¹

     Petronel Marion Elizabeth Philips married Francis Charles Sartoris, son of Alfred Urban Sartoris and Hon. Mary Frances Barrington, in 1915. She died on 24 December 1930.
     Her married name became Sartoris.
