     He was educated at Eton College, Windsor, Berkshire, England^G.¹ He was educated at Balliol College, Oxford University, Oxford, Oxfordshire, England^G.¹

     Annie Beridge Jebb was born in 1863.¹ She married Reverend Herbert Leigh Leigh-Mallory, son of Reverend George Leigh-Mallory and Henrietta Trafford.¹ She died in 1946.¹

     Hugh Noel Blakiston was the son of Rev. Canon Felix Milburn Blakiston.¹ He married Rachel Georgiana Russell, daughter of Harold John Hastings Russell and Lady Victoria Alberta Leveson-Gower, on 10 October 1929.¹ He died in 1984.¹

     Sir Claud Frederick William Russell was born on 8 December 1871.¹ He was the son of Lord Arthur John Edward Russell and Laura de Peyronnet.¹ He married Athenais Atchley, daughter of Shirley Clifford Atchley, on 4 November 1920.¹ He died on 9 December 1959 at age 88, without issue.¹
     He graduated from Balliol College, Oxford University, Oxford, Oxfordshire, England^G, with a Master of Arts (M.A.)¹ He gained the rank of Major in the Yeomanry.¹ He fought in the First World War.¹ He held the office of Minister Plenipotentiary to Abyssinia between 1920 and 1925.¹ He held the office of Minister Plenipotentiary to Berne between 1925 and 1931.¹ He was appointed Knight Commander, Order of St. Michael and St. George (K.C.M.G.)¹ He held the office of Ambassador to Portugal between 1931 and 1935.¹
