Sir Richard Harry David Williams-Bulkeley, 13th Bt. was born on 5 October 1911.² He is the son of Major Richard Gerard Wellesley Williams-Bulkeley and Victoria Alexandrina Stella Legge.² He married Renée Arundell Neave, daughter of Sir Thomas Lewis Hughes Neave, 5th Bt. and Dorina Lockhart Clifton, on 8 June 1938.¹ He died in 1992.²
     He was educated at Eton College, Windsor, Berkshire, England.² He held the office of Justice of the Peace (J.P.) for Anglesey in 1934.² He succeeded as the 13th Baronet Williams, of Penrhyn, co. Caernarvon [E., 1661] on 7 July 1942.² He gained the rank of Major in the Royal Welsh Fusiliers (Territorial Army.)² He fought in the Second World War.² He was awarded the Territorial Decoration (T.D.)² He held the office of Member of Angelsey County Council between 1946 and 1957.² He held the office of Lord-Lieutenant of Anglesey between 1947 and 1973.² He held the office of Mayor of Beaumaris between 1949 and 1952.² He was appointed Companion, Most Venerable Order of the Hospital of St. John of Jerusalem (C.St.J.)² He held the office of Lord-Lieutenant of Gwynedd between 1974 and 1992.²

     Renée Arundell Neave was born on 1 November 1913.¹ She was the daughter of Sir Thomas Lewis Hughes Neave, 5th Bt. and Dorina Lockhart Clifton.² She married Lt.-Col. Sir Richard Harry David Williams-Bulkeley, 13th Bt., son of Major Richard Gerard Wellesley Williams-Bulkeley and Victoria Alexandrina Stella Legge, on 8 June 1938.¹ She died in 1994.¹
     Her married name became Williams-Bulkeley.

     Sir Thomas Lewis Hughes Neave, 5th Bt. was born on 26 June 1874.¹ He was the son of Sir Arundell Neave, 4th Bt. and Hon. Gwyn Gertrude Hughes.² He married Dorina Lockhart Clifton, daughter of George Henry Clifton, on 26 November 1908.¹ He died on 12 May 1940 at age 65.²
     He succeeded as the 5th Baronet Neave, of Dagnam Park, Essex [G.B., 1795] on 21 September 1877.¹ He held the office of Justice of the Peace (J.P.) for Essex.² He held the office of Deputy Lieutenant (D.L.) of Anglesey.² He gained the rank of Major in the Royal Anglesey Militia.¹ He gained the rank of Honorary Lieutenant-Colonel in the 1st Volunteer Battalion, Royal Welch Fusiliers.¹ He gained the rank of Major and Commandant in the Royal Defence Force.²

     Sir Richard Thomas Williams-Bulkeley, 14th Bt. was born on 25 May 1939.¹ He is the son of Lt.-Col. Sir Richard Harry David Williams-Bulkeley, 13th Bt. and Renée Arundell Neave.² He married Sarah Susan Phillimore, daughter of Sir Henry Josceline Phillimore and Katharine Mary Maude Roxby, on 14 May 1964.²
     He was educated at Eton College, Windsor, Berkshire, England.¹ He gained the rank of Captain in 1963 in the Welsh Guards.¹ He was appointed Fellow, Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (F.R.I.C.S.) in 1989.¹ He succeeded as the 14th Baronet Williams, of Penrhyn, co. Caernarvon [E., 1661] in 1992.² He held the office of High Sheriff of Gwynedd in 1993.¹ He held the office of Deputy Lieutenant (D.L.) of Gwynedd in 1998.¹ He lived in 2003 at Red Hill, Beaumaris, Anglesey, Wales.¹

     Michael Williams-Bulkeley was born on 2 April 1943.¹ He is the son of Lt.-Col. Sir Richard Harry David Williams-Bulkeley, 13th Bt. and Renée Arundell Neave.¹ He married Ellen-Marie Falkum-Hansen, daughter of L. Falkum-Hansen, on 4 May 1968.¹
     He was educated at Eton College, Windsor, Berkshire, England.¹ He gained the rank of Lieutenant in the Welsh Guards.¹ He lived in 2003 at Rhiwlas, Pentraeth, Anglesey, Wales.¹

     Dorina Lockhart Clifton was the daughter of George Henry Clifton.² She married Sir Thomas Lewis Hughes Neave, 5th Bt., son of Sir Arundell Neave, 4th Bt. and Hon. Gwyn Gertrude Hughes, on 26 November 1908.² She died on 26 December 1955.²
     Her married name became Neave.

     George Henry Clifton lived at Nottingham, Nottinghamshire, England^G.¹

     David Williams-Bulkeley was born on 19 August 1915.¹ He was the son of Major Richard Gerard Wellesley Williams-Bulkeley and Victoria Alexandrina Stella Legge.¹ He died on 27 February 1937 at age 21, unmarried.¹

     Victoria Sylvia Jane Williams-Bulkeley was born on 8 March 1910.¹ She is the daughter of Major Richard Gerard Wellesley Williams-Bulkeley and Victoria Alexandrina Stella Legge.¹ She married Hubert Alfred Cleary, son of James Cleary, on 3 June 1938.¹ She died in 1988.¹
     Her married name became Cleary.

     Hubert Alfred Cleary is the son of James Cleary.¹ He married Victoria Sylvia Jane Williams-Bulkeley, daughter of Major Richard Gerard Wellesley Williams-Bulkeley and Victoria Alexandrina Stella Legge, on 3 June 1938.¹ He died in 1965.¹
