     She succeeded as the 12th Viscount of Seafield [S., 1698] on 12 November 1915.¹ She succeeded as the 12th Lord Ogilvy of Cullen [S., 1698] on 12 November 1915.¹ She succeeded as the 12th Countess of Seafield [S., 1701] on 12 November 1915.¹ She succeeded as the 12th Viscount of Reidhaven [S., 1701] on 12 November 1915.¹ She succeeded as the 12th Lord Ogilvy of Deskford and Cullen [S., 1701] on 12 November 1915.¹

     Derek Herbert Ogilvie-Grant-Studley-Herbert was the son of John Tatchell Studley and Beatrice Frances de Chair.¹ He married Nina Caroline Ogilvie-Grant, Countess of Seafield, daughter of James Ogilvie-Grant, 11th Earl of Seafield and Mary Elizabeth Nina Townend, on 24 January 1930.¹ He and Nina Caroline Ogilvie-Grant, Countess of Seafield were divorced in 1957.¹ He died on 26 March 1960.¹
     He was given the name of Derek Herbert Studley at birth.¹ In 1939 his name was legally changed to Derek Herbert Ogilvie-Grant-Studley-Herbert by Deed Poll.¹

     John Tatchell Studley married Beatrice Frances de Chair, daughter of Dudley Raikes de Chair. He died in 1913.²

     Dudley Raikes de Chair was born on 8 May 1842.² He was the son of Reverend Frederick de Chair and Louisa Jane Raikes.^2,3 He died on 1 March 1899 at age 56.²

     Ian Derek Francis Ogilvie-Grant, 13th Earl of Seafield was born on 20 March 1939.¹ He is the son of Derek Herbert Ogilvie-Grant-Studley-Herbert and Nina Caroline Ogilvie-Grant, Countess of Seafield.² He married, firstly, Mary Dawn Mackenzie Illingworth, daughter of Henry George Coats Illingworth and Violet Dawn Gold, on 5 October 1960.¹ He and Mary Dawn Mackenzie Illingworth were divorced in 1971.¹ He married, secondly, Leila Refaat, daughter of Mahmoud Refaat, on 27 July 1971.¹

     Mary Dawn Mackenzie Illingworth is the daughter of Henry George Coats Illingworth and Violet Dawn Gold.¹ She married Ian Derek Francis Ogilvie-Grant, 13th Earl of Seafield, son of Derek Herbert Ogilvie-Grant-Studley-Herbert and Nina Caroline Ogilvie-Grant, Countess of Seafield, on 5 October 1960.¹ She and Ian Derek Francis Ogilvie-Grant, 13th Earl of Seafield were divorced in 1971.¹
     Her married name became Ogilvie-Grant. After her marriage, Mary Dawn Mackenzie Illingworth was styled as Countess of Seafield on 30 September 1969.

     Henry George Coats Illingworth is the son of Rt. Hon. Sir Percy Holden Illingworth and Mary Mackenzie Coats. He married Violet Dawn Gold, daughter of Sir Harcourt Gilbey Gold.¹
