     Philippa Mary Dobson was born on 6 June 1961.¹ She is the daughter of Stephan Dobson and Hon. Anne Mary Elizabeth Hope.

     Hon. Richard Frederick Hope was born on 5 December 1901.² He was the son of James Fitzalan Hope, 1st Baron Rankeillour and Mabel Ellen Riddell.² He married Helen Sybil Mary Lambart, daughter of Alfred Charlemagne Lambart and Constance Green, on 7 April 1938.¹ He died in May 1964 at age 62.²
     He was educated at Oratory School, Woodcote, Edgbaston, Warwickshire, England^G.² He graduated from Christ Church, Oxford University, Oxford, Oxfordshire, England^G, in 1923 with a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.)² He graduated from Christ Church, Oxford University, Oxford, Oxfordshire, England^G, in 1934 with a Master of Arts (M.A.)² He was the Headmaster between 1934 and 1938 at Oratory School, Woodcote, Edgbaston, Warwickshire, England^G.² He was Section Director of the Ministry of Infantry during the Second World War.² He was with the Commonwealth Relations Office between 1946 and 1963.² He was appointed Officer, Order of the British Empire (O.B.E.) in 1963.²

     Helen Sybil Mary Lambart was born on 19 September 1912.¹ She was the daughter of Alfred Charlemagne Lambart and Constance Green.² She married Hon. Richard Frederick Hope, son of James Fitzalan Hope, 1st Baron Rankeillour and Mabel Ellen Riddell, on 7 April 1938.¹ She died in 1971.¹
     From 7 April 1938, her married name became Hope.²

     Alfred Charlemagne Lambart was born on 19 January 1861.¹ He was the son of Commander Hon. Oliver William Matthew Lambart and Anne Elizabeth Willes.² He married, firstly, Constance Green, daughter of Captain Edmund Lyons Green, on 16 June 1897.¹ He and Constance Green were divorced in 1914.¹ He married, secondly, Anne Belcher, daughter of Reverend Andrew Holmes Belcher, on 1 June 1920.¹ He and Anne Belcher were divorced in 1926.¹ He died on 15 February 1943 at age 82.¹
     He lived at Richmond, Surrey, England^G.

     Michael Richard Hope, 5th Baron Rankeillour was born on 21 October 1940.¹ He was the son of Hon. Richard Frederick Hope and Helen Sybil Mary Lambart. He married Elizabeth Rosemary Fuller, daughter of Colonel Francis Henry Fuller, on 31 March 1964.¹ He died on 10 January 2022 at age 81.²
     He was educated at Downside School, Bath, Somerset, England^G.¹ He lived at The Hollies, Thurton, Norfolk, England.¹ He succeeded as the 5th Baron Rankeillour, of Buxted, co. Sussex [U.K., 1932] on 12 April 2005.

     Simon James Hope was born on 16 December 1941.¹ He is the son of Hon. Richard Frederick Hope and Helen Sybil Mary Lambart.
     He was educated at Downside School, Bath, Somerset, England^G.¹ He lived at 144a Webb’s Yard, Magdalen Street, Norwich, Norfolk, England.¹

     Margaret Mary Hope was born on 17 July 1945.¹ She is the daughter of Hon. Richard Frederick Hope and Helen Sybil Mary Lambart. She married Neil Arnold Slate, son of Arnold Slate, on 10 September 1966.¹
     From 10 September 1966, her married name became Slate.¹ She lived at Marshborough House, Woodnesborough, Kent, England.¹

     Hon. Joan Mary Hope was born on 12 August 1900.¹ She was the daughter of James Fitzalan Hope, 1st Baron Rankeillour and Mabel Ellen Riddell. She died on 7 May 1974 at age 73, unmarried.¹
     She served in the Civil Defence during the Second World War.¹

     Constance Green was the daughter of Captain Edmund Lyons Green.² She married Alfred Charlemagne Lambart, son of Commander Hon. Oliver William Matthew Lambart and Anne Elizabeth Willes, on 16 June 1897.¹ She and Alfred Charlemagne Lambart were divorced in 1914.¹ She died on 12 December 1948.¹
     Her married name became Lambart.

     Captain Edmund Lyons Green gained the rank of Captain in the Royal Navy.¹
