     He was appointed Member, Royal Victorian Order (M.V.O.)¹ He was appointed Knight Commander, Order of the Bath (K.C.B.)¹

     She gained the rank of Section Officer in the Women’s Auxiliary Air Force.¹ From 18 November 1942, her married name became Bennett.¹

     Lt.-Col. Frederick Onslow Alexander Godwyn Bennett is the son of Alfred Bennett.¹ He married Rosemary Perks, daughter of Sir Robert Malcolm Mewburn Perks, 2nd Bt. and Neysa Gilbert Cheney, on 18 November 1942.¹
     He gained the rank of Lieutenant-Colonel in the London Rifle Brigade.¹
