     Catherine Marjorie King is the daughter of Lt.-Col. Alexander Edward King.¹ She married Brigadier James Mortimer Hepper, son of Lt.-Col. Alaric William Hepper and Elaine Mortimer Pechell, on 24 May 1938.¹ She and Brigadier James Mortimer Hepper were divorced in 1956.¹
     From 24 May 1938, her married name became Hepper.¹

     Lt.-Col. Alexander Edward King gained the rank of Lieutenant-Colonel in the Royal Artillery.¹

     Edward James Mortimer Hepper was born on 13 October 1939.¹ He was the son of Brigadier James Mortimer Hepper and Catherine Marjorie King.¹ He married Judith Heaven, daughter of Reverend Joseph Heaven, on 10 August 1963.¹
