     Mary Louisa Sheppard was the daughter of H. W. Sheppard.¹ She married Edmund Donald Pechell, son of Commander Charles Pechell and Anne Catherine Owen, on 21 July 1887.¹ She died on 17 October 1924.¹
     From 21 July 1887, her married name became Pechell.¹

     H. W. Sheppard lived at Brampton Abbots, Herefordshire, England.¹

     Major Hugh Charles Pechell was born on 23 December 1890.¹ He was the son of Edmund Donald Pechell and Mary Louisa Sheppard.¹ He married Carline Charlotte Strickland, daughter of George Arthur Strickland, in 1917.¹ He died on 25 March 1955 at age 64.¹
     He gained the rank of Honorary Major in the 6th Battalion, Middlesex Regiment.¹ He fought in the First World War between 1915 and 1919, where he was wounded.¹

     Carline Charlotte Strickland is the daughter of George Arthur Strickland.¹ She married Major Hugh Charles Pechell, son of Edmund Donald Pechell and Mary Louisa Sheppard, in 1917.¹
     From 1917, her married name became Pechell.¹

     Sir Ronald Horace Pechell, 9th Bt. was born on 4 June 1918.¹ He was the son of Major Hugh Charles Pechell and Carline Charlotte Strickland.¹ He married Dora Crampthorne, daughter of John Crampthorne, in 1949.¹ He died on 29 January 1984 at age 65.²
     He succeeded as the 9th Baronet Pechell, of Paglesham, co. Essex [U.K., 1797] on 16 February 1972.² On his death his baroinetcy became extinct.²

     Dora Crampthorne is the daughter of John Crampthorne.¹ She married Sir Ronald Horace Pechell, 9th Bt., son of Major Hugh Charles Pechell and Carline Charlotte Strickland, in 1949.¹
     From 1949, her married name became Pechell.¹

     Pauline Ruth Margaret Pechell was born on 27 February 1923.¹ She is the daughter of Major Hugh Charles Pechell and Carline Charlotte Strickland.¹ She married Rear-Admiral Edmund Nicholas Poland, son of Major Raymond Alfred Poland, on 1 September 1941.¹
     From 1 September 1941, her married name became Poland.¹

     Rear-Admiral Edmund Nicholas Poland is the son of Major Raymond Alfred Poland.¹ He married Pauline Ruth Margaret Pechell, daughter of Major Hugh Charles Pechell and Carline Charlotte Strickland, on 1 September 1941.¹
     He was appointed Commander, Order of the British Empire (C.B.E.)¹ He was appointed Companion, Order of the Bath (C.B.)¹
