     Sir Charles Archibald Nicholson, 2nd Bt. was born on 27 April 1867.¹ He was the son of Sir Charles Nicholson, 1st Bt. and Sarah Elizabeth Keightley.¹ He married, firstly, Evelyn Louise Olivier, daughter of Reverend Henry Arnold Olivier and Anne Elizabeth Hardcastle Arnould, on 1 October 1895.¹ He married, secondly, Catherine Maud Warren, daughter of Luckham Warren, on 10 June 1931.¹ He died on 4 March 1949 at age 81.¹
     He was educated at Rugby School, Rugby, Warwickshire, England.¹ He graduated from New College, Oxford University, Oxford, Oxfordshire, England, in 1890 with a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.)¹ He graduated from New College, Oxford University, Oxford, Oxfordshire, England, in 1893 with a Master of Arts (M.A.)¹ He succeeded as the 2nd Baronet Nicholson, of Luddenham, New South Wales [U.K., 1859] on 8 November 1903.¹ He was appointed Fellow, Royal Institute of British Architects (F.R.I.B.A.)¹

     Sir John Charles Nicholson, 3rd Bt. was born on 10 January 1904.¹ He was the son of Sir Charles Archibald Nicholson, 2nd Bt. and Evelyn Louise Olivier.¹ He married Caroline Elizabeth MacNeice, daughter of Rt. Rev. John Frederick MacNeice, on 18 October 1928.¹ He died on 16 March 1986 at age 82.²
     He was educated at Brighton College, Brighton, Sussex, England^G.¹ He graduated from New College, Oxford University, Oxford, Oxfordshire, England, in 1927 with a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.)¹ He graduated from St. Bartholomew’s Hospital Medical School, London, England^G, in 1929 with a Bachelor of Surgery (B.Ch.)¹ He graduated from St. Bartholomew’s Hospital Medical School, London, England, in 1929 with a Bachelor of Medicine (M.B.)¹ He was appointed Fellow, Royal College of Surgeons (F.R.C.S.) in 1934.¹ He succeeded as the 3rd Baronet Nicholson, of Luddenham, New South Wales [U.K., 1859] on 4 March 1949.¹ He was consulting surgeon at St. Leonard’s Hospital, Hoxton, London, England.¹ He graduated from New College, Oxford University, Oxford, Oxfordshire, England, in 1950 with a Master of Arts (M.A.)¹ He was consulting surgeon at Bethnal Green Hospital, Bethnal Green, London, England.¹ He was awarded the Territorial Decoration (T.D.) in 1955.¹ On his death his baronetcy became extinct.²

     Evelyn Louise Olivier was the daughter of Reverend Henry Arnold Olivier and Anne Elizabeth Hardcastle Arnould.¹ She married Sir Charles Archibald Nicholson, 2nd Bt., son of Sir Charles Nicholson, 1st Bt. and Sarah Elizabeth Keightley, on 1 October 1895.¹ She died on 9 March 1927.¹
     From 1 October 1895, her married name became Nicholson.¹

     Sarah Elizabeth Keightley was the daughter of Archibald Keightley.¹ She married Sir Charles Nicholson, 1st Bt., son of Charles Nicholson and Barbara Ascough, on 8 August 1865.¹ She died on 2 December 1923.¹
     From 8 August 1865, her married name became Nicholson.¹

     Charles Nicholson was the son of Charles Nicholson.¹ He married Barbara Ascough, daughter of John Ascough.¹ He died in 1824.¹

     Charles Nicholson lived at Cockermouth, Cumberland, England.¹

     Barbara Ascough was the daughter of John Ascough.¹ She married Charles Nicholson, son of Charles Nicholson.¹ She died in 1811.¹
