     Sir John Throgmorton Middlemore, 1st Bt. was born on 9 June 1844.¹ He was the son of William Middlemore and Mary Groom.¹ He married, firstly, Marian Bagnall, daughter of Richard Bagnall, in 1878.¹ He married, secondly, Mary Price, daughter of Reverend Thomas Price, on 29 December 1881.¹ He died on 17 October 1924 at age 80.¹
     In 1872 he founded and managed the Middlemore Children’s Emigration Homes for the emigration and training of destitute children in agriculture in Canada.¹ He held the office of Member of Parliament (M.P.) for North Birmingham between 1899 and 1918.¹ He was created 1st Baronet Middlemore, of Selly Oak, Northfield, co. Worcester [U.K.] on 27 May 1910.¹ He held the office of Justice of the Peace (J.P.)¹

     Sir William Hawkslow Middlemore, 2nd Bt. was born on 10 April 1908.¹ He was the son of Sir John Throgmorton Middlemore, 1st Bt. and Mary Price.¹ He married Violet Constance Kennagh, daughter of Andrew Kennagh, on 11 July 1934.² He died on 1 June 1987 at age 79.³
     He was educated at Shrewsbury School, Shrewsbury, Shropshire, England.² He succeeded as the 2nd Baronet Middlemore, of Selly Oak, Northfield, co. Worcester [U.K., 1919] on 17 October 1924.¹ He was educated at Worcester College, Oxford University, Oxford, Oxfordshire, England.²

     Mary Price was the daughter of Reverend Thomas Price.¹ She married Sir John Throgmorton Middlemore, 1st Bt., son of William Middlemore and Mary Groom, on 29 December 1881.¹ She died on 24 February 1935.¹
     From 29 December 1881, her married name became Middlemore.¹

     Reverend Thomas Price was Vicar at Sely Oak, Birmingham, Warwickshire, England.¹

     William Middlemore was born in 1802.¹ He was the son of Richard Middlemore and Elizabeth Mucklow.¹ He married Mary Groom, daughter of Thomas Groom.¹ He died in 1887.¹
     He held the office of Justice of the Peace (J.P.) for Birmingham.¹ He lived at Hawkesley, King’s Norton, Worcestershire, England.¹

     Richard Middlemore was born in 1778.¹ He was the son of John Middlemore and Mary Middlemore.¹ He married Elizabeth Mucklow, daughter of James Mucklow.¹ He died in 1841.¹
     He lived at The Davids, Northfield, Worcestershire, England.¹

     John Middlemore was baptised in 1752 at Walsall, Staffordshire, England.¹ He was the son of George Middlemore and Sara Meakin.¹ He married Mary Middlemore, daughter of Richard Middlemore, in 1777 at King’s Norton, Worcestershire, England.¹
     He lived at Stratford-on-Avon, Warwickshire, England.¹

     George Middlemore was baptised at St. Peter’s Roman Catholic Church, Birmingham, Warwickshire, England.¹ He is the son of Robert Middlemore and Barbara Amerongen.¹ He married Sara Meakin.¹
     He lived at Walsall, Staffordshire, England.¹

     William Middlemore is the son of John Middlemore and Bridget Betham.¹ He married Susan Middlemore, daughter of George Middlemore.¹
     He was a Royalist.¹
