     From 1620, her married name became O’Dempsey.¹

     Colonel James O’Dempsey was born circa 1622 at Clonygowan, County Offaly, Ireland.¹ He was the son of Owny O’Dempsey and Jane Moore.¹ He married Honora Browne, daughter of Thomas Browne and Begnel Stephens, on 1 May 1665 at Dublin, County Dublin, Ireland.¹ He died on 11 July 1690 at Drogheda, County Meath, Ireland.¹
     He gained the rank of Colonel in the Regiment of Foot.¹ He lived at Bishop’s Court, County Kildare, Ireland.¹

     Honora Browne was born circa 1653 at Dublin, County Dublin, Ireland.¹ She was the daughter of Thomas Browne and Begnel Stephens.¹ She married Colonel James O’Dempsey, son of Owny O’Dempsey and Jane Moore, on 1 May 1665 at Dublin, County Dublin, Ireland.¹ She died in August 1701 at Drogheda, County Dublin, Ireland.¹
     From 1 May 1665, her married name became O’Dempsey.¹

     Begnel Stephens is the daughter of Nicholas Stephens.¹ She married Thomas Browne.¹
     Her married name became Browne.¹

     Dorothy O’Dempsey was born circa 1624 at Clonygowan, County Offaly, Ireland.¹ She was the daughter of Owny O’Dempsey and Jane Moore.¹

     Mary O’Dempsey was born in 1672 at Drogheda Castle, Drogheda, County Meath, Ireland.¹ She was the daughter of Colonel James O’Dempsey and Honora Browne.¹ She married Walter Johnson before 1720.¹
     From before 1720, her married name became Johnson.¹

     Walter Johnson married Mary O’Dempsey, daughter of Colonel James O’Dempsey and Honora Browne, before 1720.¹
     He gained the rank of Captain in the Army of William of Orange.¹ He fought in the Battle of the Boyne.¹

     Margaret Pettigrew was born in 1725 at Scotland.¹ She was the daughter of James Pettigrew.¹ She married Dr. Thomas Johnson, son of Walter Johnson and Mary O’Dempsey, on 14 November 1744 at Dublin, County Dublin, Ireland.¹
     From 14 November 1744, her married name became Johnson.¹
